All data is stored in Australia (Sydney). We never send your story to servers outside Australia.
What's anonymised
We strip emails, phone numbers, and ID-shaped numbers from your story before sending it to the AI. Belt-and-braces — you should also avoid pasting them in.
Encryption
When you save a letter to an account, your situation description and the generated letter are encrypted at rest. Only your account can decrypt them.
Guest mode
If you don't sign up, your data lives in a 24-hour browser session and is deleted automatically. Nothing is permanent until you choose to save.
No analytics tracking of content
We log how the wizard is used (e.g. which step you finished at), but never the content of your story or the letter.
No AI training
Your story is not used to train AI models.
Delete anytime
From your account settings you can delete everything within 30 days, including all letters and analysis.
